We collect your name, email, phone number, profile photo, GPS location, order history, and device information to operate the Book and Eat Fiji platform.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to match you with drivers and restaurants, process payments through M-PAiSA, send order updates, resolve disputes, and improve the platform.

Location Data

Location access is required for core functionality. Your GPS coordinates are shared with your matched driver only during an active trip or delivery. We do not sell your location history.

Sharing With Third Parties

We share your details only with the driver/restaurant fulfilling your order, and with M-PAiSA to process payments. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active or as required by Fijian law. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing bookitfiji@gmail.com.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We conduct regular security reviews.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at bookitfiji@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

Children's Privacy

Book and Eat Fiji is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Policy Updates
